You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by author (MobileMaths) your use of this program indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

LICENSE:
1. Mobile-Sciences reserves the right at any time not to release another version, or if released, to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the new version.
2. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Program shall remain with MobileMaths. You agree to abide by the  copyright laws of international copyright agreements. You agree not to modify the Program or attempt to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Program.
3. Mobile-Sciences SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR  INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY SORT, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT, CONTRACT  OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF MobileMathsl, HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
4. This Program is licensed for use on ONE handset or on an unlimited number of hndsets at a single handsets owner location unless specifically stated elsewhere. Additional use on one or more handsets (beyond one owner location) requires an additional license for use.

You may not alter this program in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using this MobileMaths program you acknowledge that you have read this limited warranty, understand it, and agree to abide by its terms and conditions. You also agree that the limited warranty is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between the parties and supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of the limited warranty.
